The Blu Hotel, Blue Ash - Cincinnati

Everything was real good. The workers were real nice and accommodating. Our room was good and comfortable. The TV set-up is so slow and you can't tell what is on. Maybe an update is needed there. The breakfast was sufficient and the coffee from the little machine was very good.

We had a very nice stay at the Blu Hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the location is easy to find. The front desk attendant, Aisha, was so very nice and welcoming. I had to do some work in the hotel, and I really loved the large desk that was in my room. The breakfast room is large and comfortable, and the food was typical for a hotel breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I would stay here again.

No complaints here!! In fact it was a lovely experience!! Aisha was absolutely phenomenal and lovely!! She made sure all needs were taken care of and was always super friendly and helpful no matter the time or place!! We asked for a local restaurant that she recommended and although she didn’t have any we found a directory for local places on the desk the very next day! Breakfast may have been 20 minutes late but Aisha was on top of it all as soon as I mentioned it! Although it wasn’t her role she went above and beyond!! Definitely will be staying here again!! Thanks for all you do Aisha!!

This place has a 1960s Austin Powers Vibe to it. Or a French quarters vibe that has been renewed with pastel colors. All of the staff are interacted with were extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are very spacious. My shower could have been a little cleaner but was acceptable. There were a few light stains on some of the furniture in the room. The bed and linens were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location,and price Negative: Had to switch rooms because the heat wasn’t working, then the second room the shower wasn’t clean it had hair in the tub and the refrigerator couldn’t close because of a huge black of ice.
