MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash

The location is great! All the staff are amazing and polite, I am always greeted when entering or leaving my room or the hotel. House keeping does a tremendous job with cleaning and refreshening the rooms, I tip whenever I can for their hard work. The only issue I have is the smoking...A lot of the other guess don't follow the smoking policy and the smell gets into my room at times, I would suggest management to enforce the no smoking policy more to keep this from happening with other guess. Besides that, I will still give the overall experience a 5/5 😊👍

Upon arrival we were met with great hospitality and an easy process to check in. Once we entered our room not only did it smell clean it was spotless as well. Although we only stayed a couple nights it was nice to have on-site laundry and complimentary hot beverages every morning. The morning we checked out again we were met by different staff member with great hospitality. When I come back to the Cincinnati area I will stay here again.

One of the best extended stays (and hotels in general) we have stayed in. We will continue to stay at this location when we are in the Cincinnati area. Close to a highway, so most attractions in the area are less than 30 min away. Rooms have a regular refrigerator, microwave, 2c coffee pot, toaster & 2 burner stove. Kitchen utensils are hit or miss (we travel with a few of our own anyway) and there isn't an oven. However, the front desk has crock pots & instant pots you can borrow if you want. The only things we would change would be and ice maker in freezer and a king size bed, but those are just our prefrences and not deal breakers. Overall, a fantastic location.

Room accommodations were exemplary! Hotel was clean, fresh smelling & quiet. Price per night, for what is basically a furnished studio apartment, is unbeatable! Customer service was pleasant. Just an all around wonderful experience!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE WHITE. Everyone that see's you being white will give you a look like you aren't supposed to be there and that's assuming they even acknowledge your existence. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes looking at people on their phones just to ask to buy detergent. As soon as the manager/higher up person came over, they jumped up eager to help. Half the hotel rooms are rented by people who live there because of how cheap it is and it's not cheap for no reason. Looks decent in the halls but smells like mildew, the staff are all extremely rude and there's a general feel of danger outside at night because of the crowded this place attracts. BEWARE.
