This hotel is very clean! I’ve had so many issues with rooms not being properly cleaned at other places, but the cleaning staff here truly deserves a raise. Not a single issue in the room, which is very rare in my experience. They even leave tip envelopes for guests who want to show appreciation, and I was happy to fill mine. I think that’s a great system that works well. The only minor thing that kept this from being a 5-star review is the breakfast service. While breakfast is technically open until 10:00, they stop refilling items around 9:30. If you come down around 9:45, there’s very little left except waffles and maybe some bread options. Positive: Staff was friendly and location was good. Negative: The hotel was listed as “non smoking” and had signage all over the building. Our room smelled smoky and there were multiple burn holes in the furniture and carpet.

We are Hilton Diamond members and we usually have a good experience at Home2 Suites. Not at this one.|The staff did not offer complementary water. The floors were dirty. The sliding door to the bathroom sticks to the point that I almost broke a nail trying to open it. The original room that we had should not have been reserved because the air conditioner was broken. The second room was better but the door to the bathroom was difficult to open in both rooms. The clientele at this property was suspicious. One of the hallways smelled like marijuana. Yuck! I was ready to leave the second I arrived. Hilton can do better!

We stayed in this hotel for a quick over night stay. We stayed in room 206. It smelled like smoke and animals so bad. The capret almost felt sticky. We had to walk with shoes on. That was our only complaint. Everything else with this hotel was good. The pool was good. The staff was accommodating and the breakfast was great.

Loved this place ❤️. A rep text me and asked how the service was all through the week I was there. That has never happened. Will most definitely stay there again! There breakfast wasn't bad either.
