Extended Stay America Suites- Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Reed Hartman

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positive and extremely disappointing experiences. On the positive side, Mary, one of the associates, was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable as a guest. Her professionalism was a bright spot during my stay. Unfortunately, Heathers behavior was the complete opposite—rude, unprofessional, and making guests feel discriminated against. This conduct is unacceptable for any hotel and made part of my stay stressful and uncomfortable. On top of that, this associate was selling items to guests that she was not authorized to sell, which added to the feeling of unease. Completely disgusting. The hallway and the room had horrible odors. The screen in the window was broken through. There was hair in the shower, on the sinks and on the bed. The bed comforter had a cigarette burn on it. And the room looked like it had never been swept all year. The person at the front desk was very friendly and very understanding with the issues, they handled the situation well. But this hotel needs help

I have stayed at other extended stays and then theres THIS one! HEATHER specifically is an absolute GOD send from heaven itself 🙏. She will accommodate you, Make sure your stay is one of a kind, and provides the best customer service only a veteran like herself could know how. Im not just blowing smoke here, I have been treated so badly by other people, but she makes up for all of it with her genuinely kind personality. The hotel is kept very nice, things get fixed immediately and I feel safe here too. Thank you Heather if you get the chance to read this, youre an amazing human and Im so happy I got the opportunity to meet you. Your kindness does not go unnoticed and you deserve a huge raise and vacation! ❤️❤️

Positive: Clean Negative: Some kind of scent in the hallway, like drugs or Middle Eastern spice.No daily housekeeping."Free breakfast" wasn't even a "free vending machine". Could probably easily sue for that and win.

Sherika, Heather, and Ms.Betty are amazing staff at this hotel. They really care about their guests comfort and happiness. They are kind and go above and beyond to satisfy their guests needs for the length of their stay.
