Comfort Inn Blue Ash North

The hotel smelled like a toilet when I walked in. The man at the desk was helpful and gave me a new room when the key wouldn’t work for my original room. The room was okay but outdated. Smelled okay. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Tub took a long time to drain water when all I did was shower. The bed was okay and the linens looked clean. The room in general just looked like it needed a good deep cleaning and dusting. I had to check out before they served breakfast but the lobby area where they do smelled like sewage so not the most appetizing. Probably for the best. I picked this place based on location for where I needed to be in the morning so it was great in that aspect.

Our family stayed in August 2025 for one night. The front desk was very nice and altered our reservation for us. The lobby and breakfast area was clean. They did have a small indoor pool which was nice and served free breakfast. Food options were: sausage, eggs, bread, bagels, muffins, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juice and coffee machine. Parking lot seemed safe and is located in a good area. |A few things we noted during our stay. We were on the third floor and upon entering the hallway, there was an odd smell similar to a hamster cage needing to be cleaned. I know that’s an odd description, but it was a combination of unpleasant smells mingling together. When we entered our room, it had a strong smell of mildew and cleaner. The place was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed I slept on was a brick. I did not get good sleep and I was an exhausted wreck the next day. I come to Cincy about once or twice a year. I would come back to the Blue Ash location. I would just hope to get a softer mattress.

I stayed in this hotel last night and the hotel is average – pool area clean. Hotel rooms were clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Honestly, everything was good –until this morning, at 10:25am-a male employee walked into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING!!. I was just putting on my pants when he walked right through my door! I still had 35 minutes before check out so there should’ve been absolutely no reason why this man should’ve walked into my room. That was completely unacceptable. I went right down to the front desk and there was no manager nor would there be a manager today. He told me I could hand write a message for the manager for tomorrow. As a woman traveling with two girls, it was incredibly disturbing.

This has to be my favorite hotel by all means... Their beds are the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. And the bathrooms are clean.. they take pride in their business
