Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Blue Ash

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I appreciated how the staff was welcoming and layed back felt really good to see them smiling and laughing with the guests and other staff members. Thank y’all for a great stay!

Hotel was okay. The staff was generally nice and helpful. It was clean, but the rooms show a little wear and feel dark without the curtains open. The layout can make it a little noisy to be on the ground floor. I only stay there when other hotels are unavailable or significantly more expensive. I tend to travel for longer periods and prefer hotels with at least a microwave in the room. The miniature is not functional beyond a few beverages. For a short trip in the area, I'm sure it could be a viable option.

My sister and I arrived in the middle of the night to only need a hotel room for 3 hours. The manager, Dorian, and a staff member who had just been hired were absolutely wonderful. They treated us with such kindness and gave us a great rate. Aside from that, the room itself was very clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. Dorian even chose a room that was easy for us to access since we had arrived so late. It was a short stay, but a memorable one thanks to the extreme kindness Dorian showed us. Will be staying here again if we pass through!

Overall, we had a great one night stay in our King Suite. We stayed with a huge party for a basketball tournament. Check in was easy and the employee was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, neat, and no foul odor upon arriving. The air heating/cooling system worked very well, and quickly. Everything was well stocked and prepared. We utilized both air systems, the mini refrigerator, shower, sink, both tv's, plug ins, and all the furniture- everything worked well and helped make the experience pleasant. The only thing to note is the pullout sofa bed mattress was extremely thin and could feel the springs/bars from underneath- my 10yo daughter ended up layering the couch cushion on top of the mattress and made it work- Would not recommend relying on the sofa bed for an adult or old

Overall a perfectly fine overnighter for business. Water pressure was good, room was clean. Small TV and only offer minimal internet options for casting. Hallways had a lot of miles on them but smelled good.
