Hampton Inn Blue Ash/Cincinnati

This is the most pathetic hotel i’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so unaccommodating. Our first room we stayed at had an air conditioner that sounded like a lawn mover. We then asked for a new room, the AC was broken there as well after they told us it worked. They ghosted us our entire stay, claiming we would get a call which was never received. The beds also have no blankets, only sheets. Stains were frequent around the hotel and in the rooms. The soft water was gross. Overall, save your time and money and don’t stay here. I would rate this place 0 stars if possible.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were welcomed and greeted warmly! The stay couldn’t have been better. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable (pillows were too soft for my husband, but he travels with his own, so it wasn’t a problem), we both got great sleep! ||My husband blissfully described his morning shower as “just about perfect” (and he’s picky about his showers, lol). The bathroom was clean, there was plenty of hot water, linens and towels were fresh and clean, just a nice spacious room overall.||Breakfast offered many options - from fresh fruit and yogurt to scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, hash browns, sausage, warm biscuits and gravy, toast and oatmeal (with all the fixin’s) muffins, make your own waffles (along with stir-in chocolate chips or

We were in Blue Ash for a soccer tournament and stayed here for the weekend. Location convenient to the soccer fields, retail and restaurants. Service- minimal. Inquired of the front desk staff as to good places to eat…response- it’s my first day I don’t know of any. We arrived early and called in advance to see if our room was ready- opened door and room was not ready. Second room was ready however- the bathroom vanity lot was burned out. Sink faucet was loose, bathroom door handle loose and 1 roll of toilet paper present. Inquired of front desk staff as to having these issues remedied- maintenance isn’t available on weekends. This hotel, has always been a very good hotel. However, After speaking with some of the hotel about improvements, they made for guest experience for an example brand new Wi-Fi services that works amazing, very clean lobby and entrance area that smells fantastic! Hampton Inn Blue Ash, also has really stepped up their breakfast from 6 AM – 10 AM, the rooms are very clean and organized and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They also offered tons of options, both food and drink in their sweet shop. This hotel did have some gym equipment issues, when it came to a couple treadmills and one of the bikes, but the hotel serviced all of their equipment and has everything up and running.
