The Bellevue Manor

I'll start out by saying,fantastic!!! This is a gem. Have been coming to Newport for the last 8 years, my wife and I have been staying at the Newport Bay and The Harborside over them years. I definitely will be staying here going forward, twice a year trips to Newport. The manager, which her name is Kim. She is great, very knowledgeable on everything. She is very accommodating and willing to help in any way to make your stay wonderful and fantastic. Overall, our room was fantastic, very comfortable.. the breakfast was outstanding and a beautiful little setting.Loved it, compliments to the chef and the rest of the staff that keep that place in top shape. Can't wait to go back, hopefully very very soon... Thank you again Kim will be calling you soon. Charles & Ingrid

The Bellevue Manor is a very nice bed/breakfast type hotel. |It was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but|like it very much. Room was small but comfortable. The front desk person (at the Inn)|was terrific. Walked me over to the Manor and showed us how everything worked. Very friendly and attentive. Only negative to the room was the air conditioner/heating system. Didn't regulate the temperature in the room very well. Either too cold or too hot. Breakfast was good. They served pancakes, sausages and quiche. Cost for the night was reasonable. Would recommend this place if you are staying in Newport.

Amazing! So quaint and comfortable. Kim was a sweetheart and so easy to work with. We will definitely be staying here again.

Not a great experience. Overall, a good location and nice building but absolutely not a great experience, especially for the cost. I picked my room because it had a jacuzzi tub, and my first night I excitedly fill it up for a bath. It doesn't work. It's too late to do anything that night, so the following morning, I tell the front desk manager on my way out. I get back at 3, the new manager has no idea what I'm talking about. Nothing was done and no notes were left. To his credit, he sends maintenance up immediately and they fix the fuse. That night, I try again. It does work, but only half the jets were functional. There are no coffee pots in the room, just a station on the main floor. Which would be fine if it was kept stocked and clean, it wasn't. I was dismissed by being told I could

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great, rooms were cozy. Check in was seamless and ample free parking in the back. Great coffee shop just a couple of doors down.
