Pelham Court Hotel

We’ve been staying at Pelham Court Hotel for over 15 years, and it never disappoints. The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable—easy walking distance to everything Newport has to offer. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Jay and Hunter are exceptional: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay great. It’s a rare combination of charm, consistency, and hospitality that keeps us coming back year after year.

Absolutely awesome stay in Newport, Rhode Island. Thank you to Bonnie, Hunter and Jay. They were super helpful with checking-in updates, restaurant recommendations and anything we needed while we stayed there. Our family of seven loved the three floor suite which was the perfect size with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen and family room for movie night. We walked to all the shopping and bars and restaurants which were right around the corner and even walked to the mansions. Our car never left the on-site parking. The Pelham Court hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet street, is super clean and cozy and we can’t wait to go back there again in the future. Thank you so much!!!

This place is such a gem! Our son was married in Newport, and I had booked 3 rooms at the Marriott for our family. Getting closer to the wedding weekend, I realized we would need a little more space - for assembling welcome bags etc. I found this 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect and half the price of the Marriott! Everyone had their own space, the rooms were super quiet. One bedroom does not have a closet for hanging clothes - that would be the only negative - some sort of hanging rack in there, even a coat stand would be nice. The location was amazing - as our welcome party and rehearsal dinner were both less than a 5 minute walk away. The staff was always available and checked on us each day before housekeeping left, dropped off fresh towels, etc.. If we ever return to Newport we

Our experience at Pelham Court Hotel exceeded our expectations. It felt very home-like, was clean, safe, and parking was easy. The location is great as it is in walking distance to everything but also tucked away enough to be away from the crowd. The staff were great, they checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. The replies were quick and they always ensured we had what we needed to feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Hunter was so helpful in accommodating last minute changes to our reservation. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We greatly look forward to visiting the Pelham Court Hotel and their kind staff very soon!! Thank you, Hunter!
