Other reviews make this place seem like a dump…it’s not lol. Here’s the thing, the other reviews scared me honestly. I was half expecting a roach to be my roommate. Now I’ve spent 3 nights here and it is totally fine!! First we came in staff was welcoming, it was the man who came from San Antonio Texas I forgot his name. Super helpful about the area and things to do. Also the night desk person, Theo was helpful with airport shuttle information and we locked ourselves out of the room so he helped us with that too. Theo was super kind and smiley! For the room, it’s average but in no way like gross or anything like that. The sheets were clean, different types of soft or firm pillows were available to pick from. Worst experience ever. Late night staff lady super rude and not helpful. Made us pay for a second room because “Marriott” didn’t do it right on their end after knowing we were trying to do a share room. The stress and the rudeness is uncalled for at midnight after traveling all day and missing a connecting flight. See all other reviews on the Marriott app. Stay away from here. The quality of the room was super poor and ugly. Disappointed this is even considered a Marriott. Should have checked reviews before booking. Now I have to wait and see if I even get my points back in a couple of days. Never again.

Had no problem getting the shuttle when our flight was cancelled, even though there were hundreds of other people who also had cancelled flights. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent. There were a few things in the room that were a bit rundown, but overall, a fine place for an overnight stay.
