The Bay Resort Waterfront Hotel

Went to the beach and decided to stay an extra night. Booking here was easy. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. Had a great night's sleep.

First time in Dewey so first time at the Bsy Resort. From the minute, we got there, we were treated like family by everyone we encountered. What an amazing staff! Upon hearing we were brand new to town, the lady at the front desk (I’m going to butcher her name and I’m sorry but she was so kind I want to recognize her), I think her name was Sheneka, gave us a bunch of recommendations on where to go to eat, to hear music, an overall idea of how to get places, and told us if we needed anything to stop back at the desk. So welcoming!! The room was dated, but everything worked, it looked and smelled clean, and the convenience of a ground floor pool room was great. The sunset from the chairs on the back dock was gorgeous. Can’t say enough good things about this place, we’ll definitely be back!

My stay was very disappointing. The room was filthy with urine stains on the carpet and dust an inch deep on the air conditioner. My dog was rolling on the stain. There was little kitchenware and no clean drinking water available. The tub had a crack in it. I was given a poolside room but the pool was green and muddy so I did not want to sit above it. I was given a connecting room and was woken up by the family next door. I left after one night with no contact from the management after I voiced my experience.

I love this hotel because it is 100 % the best value hotel in rehobeth. It has water front rooms and pool view rooms. Rooms are alittle dated but like I said you can’t beat the location for the price.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a pool front room, while we know it's not peak season, the green swampy pool just outside our slider was not ideal. The pier was great. Would stay here again just with a bay side room.
