Beach House Dewey

We had an awesome time. The front desk lady was great and took the time to help us out & answer any questions we had. But the General Manager, Issac… absolutely AMAZING! He definitely made our trip memorable. We have already planned to come back next year :)

We had a great stay at Dewey Beach! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a little market right across the street if you need anything quick.||The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable too, which made winding down after a beach day that much better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, walkable beach getaway!

Spent a weekend in Dewey for the first time and loved it so much we came back for a second weekend. This time around we stayed at Beach House, one of the party block hotels. My husband dealt with Isaac, the manager, and he was great! Very friendly, greeted us personally when we arrived, couldn’t have asked for more. We had a king room with a separate living area with a pull out couch and 2 full bathrooms which was perfect for our group. Our room was on the end of the 3rd floor (no elevators) and we had a partial/small view of both the ocean and bay. Location of the hotel is perfect, short walk to all the bars, shops, restaurants and the beach. We love live music so hearing the bands from our room was an added bonus. Positive: location Negative: room was not clean. some dry wall had been repaired but not painted. no soap or champoo when we arrived. walls are paper thin and family next to us had little kids (lots of crying in the wveyand in the middle of the night)

This is the 2nd year in a row that we stayed here, but will be the last. Each year we volunteer for the "Dewey Goes Pink" event, so we get a room for one night. Last year we had an awful room, but decided to give it another try this year because the location is excellent. Unfortunately this year was worse. I guess you get what you pay for, but for over $200 a night during off-season, I expected a clean room. I don't expect anything fancy for that price, but clean. The floors were filthy. Our feet were black just walking to and from the bathroom. There were dust balls in most corners and a lot of the wood molding is rotten and falling apart. The worst part was all the mold on the inside of the shower. Our friends room was the same.
