Atlantic View Hotel

This place rocks! You just CANNOT please some people! Location is unbeatable. Rooms/roman shower/balcony/separate huge sink & counter are great. FREE drink and nibbles and then sweet treat each night is great. The nerve to complain about freebies when it’s not the Ritz. Nespresso coffeemaker was great. Great breakfast for a small 30-ish room hotel. Free parking! The spots are tight but most places I’ve gone have hefty daily fees. This will be my go-to place from now on. If you do need an elevator this one’s not for you. But they make that very clear on their website. And the pics on their site are spot-on and true pics so you know before you go.

Clean rooms. Fridge very small. Balcony a big plus. Great beach access. Bed was very firm and heater was so loud we were unable to hear tv. Strange flooring surface in rooms. Shower was large and modern. No elevator in the hotel so be prepared to do stairs. Price good.

The hotel was recently renovated. Room was very compact and clean. The white noise machine was a great addition. It truly tuned out the noise from the other room (s). Terrific view of the Atlantic. It was amazing to see the sun rise, and even more amazing to see dolphins 3/5 mornings we were there and even during one afternoon. The Beach is lovely and very clean. Walkable to boardwalk in Rehoboth. Area is super quiet and very close to some great restaurants.

Very cute hotel! Enjoyed the ocean view from the private balcony. Walking path to beach. Clean place and friendly staff. Offered a nice selection for breakfast, nothing too filling though. We enjoyed beer during social hour at 5pm and snack time at 8pm. Lol! However, don't plan on sleeping in here, it's super loud if your near stairs and people slamming doors early. I found it odd to have garage bins in the room without bags in them...? Fridge is smaller than most hotels I've been to, and no microwave. Ohhh, the parking lot has small spaces! Don't park near the end spots, very hard to get in and out with a bigger car. Other than that, it's great for a small get away. Close to restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Positive: Amazing location, loved the pool, awesome staff, and such friendly other travelers! Negative: I picked an ocean view room and it was an obstructed ocean view at best. I’m not one to be mad on vacation so I didn’t stress it, but not the best experience when I paid a pretty penny for the view.
