Beautiful oceanfront condo, owned by really nice people and well taken care of. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The sand is a mere 15 feet from the door.

This unit is outdated. Picture online shows a couch, but instead it offers 2 futons that are less comfortable than dorm furniture. Mattresses are worn to the point of springs in your back or side. Most of the furnishings are garage sale items. The kitchen table and chairs are wrought iron from a patio set. They claim to offer Wi-Fi and cable, but Wi-Fi is never available and there are only 5 tv channels to choose from. An agent did stop by and we proved to her that Wi-Fi was not available. ||||Besides being completely uncomfortable, the real kicker is the lack of cleanliness. The realtor offering this unit prides themselves for cleaning each property and ensuring a clean and safe stay. So we arrive at the property and open the door to a heavy smell of musty, wet air. A wonderful beachfront rental - 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, clean, bright and the best part - two sliding doors, one from the living room and one from a bedroom, to a porch overlooking the surf. Watch the sunrise from your bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Great dining and drinking down the block. Comes with a parking space.

Location is awesome. Right on the ocean. The furnishings in #5 are awful. Very uncomfortable.
