The ARC Hotel

I absolutely love this hotel! We work out of town on business and I didn't a bit of looking to find a decent hotel. After searching I saw a hotel that is not part of a huge chain with some decent reviews and decided to give it a try. Me and my business partner LOVE IT. The breakfast is probably the highlight of the stay because its big, fulfilling, and complimentary. Dont forget the cookies (which are amazing) when you check in. I really enjoy this hotel and would not even try a different place. The staff is nice and welcoming and have become friendly faces. If I have the opportunity later I will post pictures of the breakfast buffet which is exactly what it is. TRY THIS HOTEL!

Positive: Staff very friendly. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Negative: The pool area was like a sauna. Air was not working. Roach in tub but only saw that one.

Great location, room was clean, and check in was seamless. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Two things in the room (107) definitely need some attention. Carpet appears to have heavy water staining and desk chair needs to be replaced.

Exterior picture on Google was totally bogus - not the right building nor the right neighborhood. No soap in bath, insects in all areas and worn out carpet and upholstery. NOT a 3 star hotel. STAY AWAY.

So sorry I pre- booked. Had I toured it first I would Not Have Booked. The pool, hot tub & fitness center that were perks mentioned online were curiously unavailable. The room was large & accommodating, however the bathroom was dirty with pre guest toothpaste on fixtures & mirror. Stains on shower floor, make showering Impossible. Do yourself a BIG favor and Do Not stay here, otherwise you may be full of regrets as I most- certainty am .
