I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Adolphus. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s historic charm and elegant atmosphere made a great impression. The facilities were fantastic, especially the well‑equipped fitness center and the beautifully designed lobby, which was a lovely place to relax or grab a drink.|The downtown location couldn’t have been more convenient. Everything I wanted to see or do was within easy walking distance, making the stay incredibly seamless and stress‑free.|My room was enormous, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. It truly felt like a retreat at the end of the day. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better.|My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. I would absolutely return and highly recommend T

Positive: It was gorgeous and easy to navigate. Negative: It got a little difficult when weddings were present to get vehicle from Valet. So give yourself some extra time on those days to get your vehicle.

We did a long weekend in Dallas and chose the Adolphus Hotel based on character and location. Upon walking into the hotel, the unique charm of the hotel was clear. At check-in Eric took great care of us and put us in a wonderful spacious room. We used many of the hotels amenities including eating at sushi by scratch. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant did not have the feel and menu of just another hotel restaurant. Eric was again helpful later in our stay and assured us a late checkout. Overall 10/10 experience and look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

Wow! When my husband and I pulled up, the entrance, size of the building, & lobby took our breath away. Everyone is so happy and the vibes were vibing from dawn until dusk. Dan & Grant were the most gracious hosts. They were so helpful with tidbits about the city. There is so much history in this hotel and there’s so much to learn and experience everywhere you turn. You can skip the museum because this hotel has so much history in it already!||Our room was BIG and classy. And we were granted with early check-in! Yay! Especially coming right from the airport. The sheets and the bed were luxurious. ||You can’t beat the location. It’s right in downtown. We were so close to everywhere. Every employee was so helpful and kind. I wish I could remember everyone’s name! ||Will definitely be back.

This hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip. At check-in, the front desk told us our room had been upgraded using our Chase Sapphire / Marriott benefits. It wasn’t. We were still placed in the same Deluxe room we originally booked. If they couldn’t upgrade us, they should have said so — not lie to our faces. We also never received the Welcome Amenity that other (white) guests were clearly given. When we asked, we were dismissed. The attitude was cold, unfriendly, and felt discriminatory. The worst part came after we checked in. Late at night, we saw a dark human-like figure pass through an empty hallway. Only later did we learn about the hotel’s long history of suicides and “hauntings.” No warning. No disclosure. My wife was pregnant at the time and w
