Swan Motel

I love the place. Quiet and left alone. Prices vary depending on who you talk to but it was only a 5 dollar difference. Great place in my opinion.

First night in, cockroaches crawling out of the outlets. Trash from previous tenant under the bed. Bedbugs all over the place. Appliances barely worked. Had to tape the refrigerator door just to keep it closed. Tub and toilet stayed clogged to due to inefficient plumbing. Very over priced for the slum hole it is. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

For the cheap rate, the rooms aren't bad and the staff is friendly. Haven't seen any bugs in the multiple stays I've had with them. Microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and wifi with each room.

So creepy that I put all my stuff in plastic as I was leaving to heat treat! The bathroom door lacked inches from shutting. The toilet paper roll holder was missing. The floor was not clean. There was trash in the room on the floor, including soap torn from the wrapper and used. Several live and dead bugs were in the bathtub. I doubt they have a cleaning person come in a month because nothing was clean. The air conditioner had a funky, mold smell coming from it. Room never got cool because the windows were so thin. Hard to sleep because windows were thin and traffic was a few feet from door.
