The television did not work, they said tv was new and they did not program remote. I put new batteries in she sad of I need help to come back down and she would help. When I went back she was gone and the man at front desk said wait until tomorrow he could not help. The internet is as so slow I could not go my work. Cold coffee and all food was frozen and we had to microwave everything. Will not return and I am a member.

We were prepared for a no frills hotel, but our room was dirty. My daughter went to lay on the bed when we arrived and noticed many hairs all over her bed linens. We looked closer at both beds. They were both made but wrinkly, hairy, and stained/ dirty. The front desk clerk was pleasant and said she was unable to change our rooms due to being sold out but gave us new bedding. We changed out the linens, and the new ones were clean. My daughter also was planning on running on the treadmill for her summer workouts, but their exercise room only had a walking track. It was also very warm, and it was out of water. The breakfast was minimal, and the coffee was not very good. The tissue in the room was also very rough.

We reserved our room on short notice (a few hours ahead) and they were able to accommodate us for the same night. After a brief check in, we stepped into our small, smelly room. We immediately went back to the front desk where the very friendly Candy did everything she could to give us a comfortable room for the night. She ended up upgrading us to a very nice, clean suite and we were very grateful as she was very attentive and it was very late. Overall, we had a great stay. The only thing we would have changed is the breakfast. Is it “grab-and-go” style. This means they have no hot food: just cereal, bagels, and juice. It also only runs from 6-9:30am.

Positive: Great location, neat, apportioned lobby and breakfast area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not luxurious, but very solid for the price. Staff was excellent. Negative: ""

So very disappointed with this stay. Came in late after a nine plus hour drive to check into a ground floor room that had a dampness odor. In the morning I saw the large pieces of paint hanging from the ceiling next to the fan. When you turned on the fan the piece fell down on me. The vanity was all chipped and room look liked it was in general need of an update. It jjust did not feel it was clean.
