The hotel's location is excellent, with a Walmart nearby and many different dining options within walking distance. The rooms are very clean. The rooms offer great value for money, and it's about a 15-minute drive to VT (Virginia Tech), or you can take the free shuttle bus. The hotel's breakfast, while simple, is good, and the service from chef Mark and server Emberly was exceptional. They addressed all dining-related issues and always treated everyone with a warm and friendly attitude, even those who had just woken up.

Service was excellent! Eyvette was incredibly friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, but the rest of the room could use an update. Furniture was in rough shape and walls were very scuffed. Everything was clean though and well stocked. Note; it is next to the railroad tracks, but I only heard the train once in the afternoon

I stayed here twice over a two week period and I must say it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and kind-I interacted with about 5 different team members and they all treated me like I was the most important person in the room. The dinner specials were right on time and the food was good. So much so, I ate my meals at the hotel. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was daily and automatic, and the coffee/hot chocolate/tea station was always clean and well stocked. Breakfast is not included but if you add it on during checkin you get a discounted rate of $5 instead of $12. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast bar had real oatmeal! No USB outlets in the rooms so make sure you bring an adapter for your IPhone. Light switch for the bathroom was 15 inches from the door at belt level, below the wall mount hair dryer!?! Hard to find in a dark bathroom. Keurig coffee maker in each room and coffee on the main lobby with flavored creamers. Bar and restaurant on site. 4 miles off I 81. We were on the second floor which has green decor and leafs motif. Felt like I was walking in a jungle lol. Good lighting. Good staff! Had two breakfast attendants check on me!

I recently stayed a Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to checkout. My room was spotless, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially loved the rooftop bar with city views. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. -
