I was there 1 1/2 months then kicked out as I was paying a discounted rate cause I am elderly & disabled. Cleaning crew awesome!!! Mgmt. Told me "We Don't WanT YouR monies. Leave!" I cleaned my own room, cleaned the front trashed & cleaned trash everywhere in the parking lot. Was put in a smoking room when I requested nonsmoking so I had to clean everything!!!!! Also had to duck tape the door as smoke & cold air came in my room as well as bugs! I Fed the feral cats, birds & squirrels. Mgmt. replaced me with a higher paying guest same day! Greed! Very unfair & sad. Karma will take over. I just Pray for them!

Well what can I say..? I read the reviews that were pretty terrible but I decided to take a chance and verify it... well... the moment I opened the door room I felt like I was in a chimney. It smelled to cigarette, I just stayed for less than 5 minutes and my eyes were itching and red. The smell was unbearable. The room did not look that clean. Obviously, I did not stay, I booked another hotel. So, yes all the reviews people are writing were pretty true.

There is no kettle for hot water in the room. You have to run to the reception across the street for water.

The Super Lodge has become a serious liability for the surrounding community. In my view, it is an eyesore, a property in visible disrepair, and a stain on the corporate brand it represents. Anyone driving by can see that this place is nowhere near the standard that a reputable lodging brand should tolerate. The conditions resemble a rundown flop-house more than a functioning motel. The exterior looks neglected, the grounds feel unsafe, and the overall presentation suggests long-term abandonment rather than active management. It raises real questions about how this property continues to meet any sort of inspection or regulatory expectations. From the outside looking in, it appears the bar is being set extremely low. I thought leaving a 5 star review was good enough but unfortunately I had to delete that. First of all the only nice person who works there is Mike , the cleaning ladies are very rude such as either they go past your room without knocking or if you go to the office and they just happen to be behind the counter. They will give you attitude all while rolling their eyes as if you are an inconvenience , the guy who comes by in the morning to make sure your checked in /out is very sweet. other than that none of them try to understand your situation they don’t care how long you been there , I was grateful at first because they were understanding but unfortunately I don’t know what happened but my experience turned from sweet to sour!
