Staff can’t tell us when the washer and dryer will work it’s been 3 days, no gym has been in construction over a week. Only clean the bathroom when I asked to change the sheets as well. The front desk staff looks like they have an attitude. But the breakfast staff was amazing and very kind.

This Fairfield Marriott was an absolute nightmare and should be investigated. We had BED BUGS in our room. Children were bitten. This is a serious health and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. We were forced to move rooms multiple times, each time being placed into a smaller, downgraded room, compounding an already traumatic situation. The daytime general manager was beyond unprofessional—rude, dismissive, arrogant, and completely inappropriate for a leadership role. She refused to acknowledge the bed bugs, offered no apology, and acted as if this situation was an inconvenience to her, not a danger to our family. Our stay at this Fairfield Marriott was absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.||We encountered bed bugs in our room, and multiple children were bitten. We were forced to move rooms more than once, and each move resulted in a smaller, downgraded room, adding stress to an already serious situation. We provided time-stamped photos and screenshots clearly showing the bed bugs, which were also shown to evening staff.||The most disturbing part of this experience was the general manager’s behavior during the daytime. She was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacked empathy. Positive: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was currently undergoing renovations but everything was done in a manner that did not interfere with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Negative: ""

Don't claim there weren't bed bugs when there actually were. I stayed with you, and my previous review is valid. Perhaps you should stop lying to protect yourself. As I mentioned, there were bed bugs, and we have proof. This place is dirty, and the management is unprofessional. It's fine if you want to deny everything to shield yourself from negative reviews. I've posted pictures on Yelp, and the reviews there reflect poorly on you.
