Relax Inn New Castle

I travel for work and was referred to this hotel by a local guest. This is an affordable, nice, C L E A N & quiet find. I've stayed at this location several times & each time the staff is friendly, accommodating & courteous. The other guests were also reserved and respectful. I will stay here in the future.

Great customer service, the front desk is very friendly and Very nice hotel. Bathroom need new curtain but but other than that very nice. I take nice hot shower at night..! Nice and clean carpets, a huge parking lot, WAWA very Next door, also Chipotle, McDonald, Starbucks, and burger King. Very nice 👍🏻

When I opened the motel door, it stunk so bad of smoke and was crawling with bugs.|I went right back to the office for a refund, and the night clerk refused. I spent the night in my car, rather than use that gross room.

Under new ownership, very clean room. Owners/ manager is very accommodating and polite! Would recommend for travelers and nightly stays!

Customer service was good. I booked a double bed but ended up with a single bed. Refrigerator is molded, tables weren't wiped (i had to wipe with clorox wipes), shower and shower curtain is molded, leaves a nasty smell in the bathroom, the sink had soap residue left ( clorox wipes), I had to wipe the toilet seats well. Used condom wrappers in drawers.I killed 3 stink bugs. If I had the money to go somewhere else I would have left.
