Superior Place

Stayed one night, room 3202. This is the budget extension of the Best Western next door. The property itself is okay, its very clear this was a standalone at one point that was bought. The room was okay. The AC kind of worked, eventually, though was left on fan when I arrived and felt like it was 80+ degrees on arrival. The main area has seven light fixtures, and no switch controls more than one at a time. Even with all these on, the lighting was adequate at best. The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was very nice, looked to be remodeled in the past 5 years or so. Across the parking lot at the best western is where all the amenities are. This is a dirty low class property associated with the Best Western next door. It is run down and scary looking. After viewing our room we refused to stay there. The manager said she wouls cancel our reservation through expedia. We would need to pay for a new room- at best western- and sek a refund from expedia. When I sought help from expedia, they say the property does not respond, so they connot process my request. Don’t walk away from this property- run fast!

I booked this hotel through Expedia for 2 nights. When I arrived and checked in the room was infested with roaches. I went back to the clerk and refused to stay in that room. I was told to contact Expedia to get my money back. The number provided they dont actually use, you have to call best western. When Expedia finally got through to them, the manager Theresa denied my refund and said I was lying. This place is a run down extension of best western but the management is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. -------0 stars-------

Booked through Expedia, Room 3104. The stench of the room hits when you open the door. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and the low-battery alarm was beeping. The beds were shot, nearly on the floor. Rips on bottom of mattress, visible debris under the edge of the bed. One bed had a skirt on it, the other was bare box frame. Stains on sheets. Rips in wallpaper, broken lampshade. And did I mention the stench? Called about the alarm beeping and a guy came to change the battery and told us the floor was dirty because its old. The longer we were there the more disgusted we became. Even though we were tired and hungry we contacted Expedia. They tried to cancel but we had already checked in. We were determined not to stay. I reserved a ground floor room a week in advance telling the clerk that it would be 2 disabled adults who could not climb stairs. I arrived and had to listen to staff members spew profanity while checking in. I found my assigned room to be both filthy and occupied by someone. The manager laughed and offered a 2nd floor room at the top of the stairs. I demanded a full refund for the room. The manager states they did offer the disabled couple a different room on an upper floor as if they would want to crawl up stairs
