SuperB Hamburg Motel

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculate and the bed and bathroom linens were spotless and of good quality. Both beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. We were pleased with the breakfast that was provided, as there was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from. We appreciated the hard boiled eggs as well as yogurt (good protein choices). |The manager responded quickly to any questions we may have had regarding our room. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and did a good job around the facility. |The hotel is very close to the Interstate, so it’s easy to get around and about.|Overall, this is a good stay and a great value.

INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS!! BEWARE. I paid $109 for a room, only to discover there was a bedbug infestation. I was absolutely mortified. Towels looked used, bed sheets had spots, and I saw over 3 bedbugs on the floor and one on the bed itself hiding in the seams. When I alerted the front desk about my discovery, I was REFUSED a refund. I had to go to an apartment showing the next day and was unfortunately forced to pay for $60 uber on my credit card because I used the last of my money on my debit. Use extreme caution when staying here, you run the risk of taking bedbugs back home and being refused your money back. I threatened him with a health department inspection,l and he still refused. Would give 0 stars if I could, will be reported them to the health department today. this place should

Check in person was somewhat rude and definitely not welcoming. There was garbage in the gardens near the entrances. Hallways were dirty and need updated. Room was decently clean but the doors (both the room door and the bathroom door) had not been wiped in ages and had dirty finger prints all over them. We ended up purchasing bleach wipes to wipe everything down ourselves which made the room feel a lot better. The bed was clean and comfy but the pillows were not great. The room smelled musty and we determined it was because the carpet was very wet by the window. Breakfast was bagels, cinnamon toast, cereals and waffles. Coffee, tea and juices were also available. They offered hard boiled eggs but they weren’t properly kept (just on the counter in a bowl) so definitely not appealing. Not

The check in process was great! I was a day early and the gentleman at the desk booked me in with no problems. The gentleman was helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is right off the interstate 90 and its right in the middle of everything. Walmart is just around the corner about 3-4 minutes. Food places right nearby. ||||The hotel was clean and smelled nice when going down the hall. It is on the older side, a remodel would be nice for this property. The rooms are average size. I wish the beds were a queen not a full. just not enough room for two adults. The bed in my room was not comfy, it made my back hurt every morning. The shower was hot. The breakfast was decent, they had cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, waffles. coffee juice milk.

First off, it's not a Super 8 hotel. It's Super b or Superb hotel. That's lie number 1. Lie number 2, the bathroom shower is gross. There is mildew in the grout, so no, the room is not clean. 3rd, the room smelled like an ashtray. So whoever was the cleaner didn't do a good job. Also, the toilet had ashes in the toilet so I had to flush it before using it. So for how cheap the room was, I guess you really get for what you pay for.
