Absolutely Uninhabitable – Do Not Stay Here I checked into this hotel and was shocked at the condition of the room. The sheets were urine-stained, the room was filthy, and it was clear that basic cleaning and sanitation were not being done. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she told me they do not have housekeeping and that if I wanted clean sheets, I could change them myself. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one advertised as safe and comfortable. I immediately left the property and had to pay for another hotel out of pocket because I did not feel safe staying here. I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. Positive: It's proximity to the stadium Negative: The room was supposed to be non-smoking and smelled like an ashtray. I waited for assistance at the front desk for 15 minutes when I arrived. There were no toiletries to speak of and no phone to call any front desk. No remote for the television.

This place is an absolute dump. The man at the front desk was rude from the moment I arrived. Their website clearly says check-in is at 1pm — I showed up then, only to be told the rooms weren’t clean. Came back at 2, and he said it’d be a few more hours. Seriously? When I finally got into the room, I was disgusted. The bedding was stained, the furniture was broken, and the AC didn’t even work. The walls were so thin I could hear every word (and every song) from the people next door who partied until 4:30 in the morning. I barely slept. I’ve stayed in cheap motels before — this isn’t that. This is a $350 Canadian disaster that should honestly be shut down. I actually considered sleeping in my car because it felt cleaner and safer. Do yourself a favour: stay literally anywhere else. This place is a joke!! Reserved 2 rooms in April for September. After confirming my reservation 3 times, the last time being the morning of my reservation. I show up and they say I have no reso.... coming from Canada to see the bills play.obviously no rooms available anywhere near orchard park. Ended up finding a motel an hour away. Save yourself the trouble and just don't stay here.they offered me a room for $500 at a different location. Which is an increase of 300% of what my reservation cost. I cannot explain my frustration. Travelling with my son and 2 other father son pairs. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS

Live close by but wanted to try it out. Upon arrival could not find the TV remote anywhere in the room. Boyfriend called front desk 3 times, got "oh yeah we're gonna look for it/we're looking for it" before he had to go to the office himself and get it. 1 pillow person No towels (found that out after showering) We found red roof in Hamburg (besides being less aesthically pleasing), much more hospitable and reliable
