Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hamburg

I came to this hotel after leaving a horrific room at the Red Roof Inn down the road after 30 minutes after checking in. THIS hotel is wonderful!!! It is VERY clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. I felt safe here. The parking lot is well lit and was nicely plowed during a snow fall. Staying at this hotel made me realize, when traveling, I will BE SURE to book at a Holiday Inn Express. They tend to take pride in their name and reputation.

Positive: Clean, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The cleaning servise held the door open for me to exit with my luggage. Negative: Bathroom needs to double tripple checked . Feces speck on wall and toilet cover. Unacceptable Room 110

Last minute reservation on our way home from a long trip. Front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Upon check in, we were told there was a big crock of soup, cookies and water, all complimentary. That in itself was great, as we were tired after driving all day. Then when we took our dog out, we were given a wonderful treat bag for him, which he absolutely loved. Breakfast was standard, but very good. We will definitely return to this location…clean, comfortable, friendly, and the extra touches were awesome,

The front desk clerk was very nice when we checked in last night and the room is nice. I never write reviews but I felt like I have to because of our experience this morning. We are in the area for a tournament so we got in late after the games. The only time my youngest would have to swim in the pool would have been this morning before we have to leave for the first game of the day. We were excited to know the pool opens at 6am. We got there at 630. The pool is advertised online as an Indoor Heated Pool. It was freezing cold. Like ice water. I thought maybe the heat just gets turned off at night and they forgot to turn it back on so I called the front desk. The young man there said that he doesn't think it's supposed to be heated and I told him online it says it is. He said he would check

Stopped by this hotel on my way from for the holidays. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Although it’s not the most high end, the cost, service, and rooms make this property a worthwhile to use if you need one in the area! I’ll definitely stop by again on a trip through the area, if needed!
