Friendly staff! Great location. HORRIBLE rooms. Cockroaches everywhere, rooms thrashed, broken doors, stains on walls, bedding and towels. Not exaggerating when I say it was disgusting. Would NOT recommend. One star is too many.

Smoke coming into my non-smoking bed room over night. Many black people argued over night on the same floor. A black prostitute goes to the hotel room over night. When I checked in she was in the hotel at 3:00 pm. She had parked in the hotel parking lot with extremely loud music sounding like "I am here for looking for a business". She was still there at 11 pm and 2 am. I complained several times. There is no telephone attached to the room. So I had to walk to a black senior receptionist man. First he was sleeping at the desk. Second time, he finally walked to her car to remove her from the hotel property when I requested him to call PD. She is like his friend. He knows her. I could finally went to bed at 3am and left the hotel at 8 am. Expedia.com cannot helped me at all because the hotel

This is an example of a great location But the rooms the environment Doesn't accurately reflect the surrounding community I wouldn't advise Taking your family But it definitely is good for staying if there's no other areas or locations availabelleville I've stayed at this location before years ago and everything still looks to say I wish some hotel operators I don't know if this is corporate run or franchise would take the money they've made and Reinvest in to their establishment. I've debated whether I should post this comment Because full disclosure I actually didn't buy the room but I was a visitor to the location and was shocked that there was no difference from many years ago the halls are not well Lit and it doesn't smell inviting.

The man in the lobby was nice with me, but the rooms HORRIBLE!!! The floor was dirty, there were socks from the previous client, everything they didn't want was in the drawers like the fire alarm or the phone, there were holes in the wall, the sink cabinet was rotten, there was a sinkhole in the floor, the sink was clogged with hair, there was trash behind the refrigerator, there were bugs squashed on the wall, the bathroom door didn't worked, besides of being covered in who knows what, the air conditioning was dirty, the TV control didn't work very well, the mattress was dirty, the body towels were dirty, in addition to having a mouse living with us the last night.. Besides, in the reservation it said that it included breakfast, but NO!!..

Upon entering my room (#202) there was an odor, but not the entire room just at the door. NO SPRINKLER (see photos) lost 2 stars for this. The room was clean. The fridge didn't work. A/C unit had a remote. The sheets I believe were clean, but very dingy, the fitted sheet had a hole (cigarette size). There wasn't any bar of soap, but there was shower gel and 2 lotions. Towels I believe were clean - just a variation of white. The faucet was nice; the pressure for cold water was extremely low. TV didn't use Microwave didn't use The tub arra had some blemishes, but don't we all. Fridge DIDN'T WORK. I filled a bag with ice to keep my drinks cool for the next day. Chair WAY* dingy looking. Breakfast advertised - nonexistent I slept well, I felt safe (though there wasn't a sprinkler) Dingyness o
