Quality Suites Waldorf

This hotel is a great choice. The room was very clean and quiet at night. The breakfast had good variety and tasted fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The staff always greeted us with a smile.

When I arrived the desk lady stated that they did not have any more King suites. I informed her that I had a reservation. She told me that booking online with the corporate office they do not know the availability of the hotel on site. I informed her that's something she needs to take up with corporate. She then gave e 2 keys to check out the room, 230 and 233. When I went to check out the room, 230 smelled like a smoking pit. Then I checked out room 233, which was not cleaned. The bed was in shambles, beer bottles, wine bottles, and soda bottles were left on the table and someone had urinated in the toilet without flushing. I ended up leaving my stuff in room 230 because it was late and I just wanted to get some rest after travelling. I went back to the front desk and told the lady I was

Positive: The lady at the front desk was extremely professional and answered all my questions Negative: The curtains in the room does not close so the outside light from the yard was bright all night through my window.

Quality Suites exceeded my expectations. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The suite had plenty of space and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was a great bonus.
