Super 8 by Wyndham The Woodlands North

Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I’m not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in, paid, and had to leave almost immediately because my 2-month-old daughter was hospitalized. We were in the room for less than a few minutes before needing to leave. At the time, I was told that the manager would help process a refund because of the situation. Since then, I have been emailing for two weeks with no response from the manager. Every time I call, I’m told he isn’t available. Today the front desk told me I will not be getting a refund, even though I was originally told that I would — and the manager has never responded to any of my emails. Aside from that issue, the condition of the room itself was unacceptable. The room

I traveled to Conroe area for work. I only wanted a reasonable price hotel near by where I work. This hotel used to be la quinta inn hotel. The hotel is very clean. The front desk girl was very nice. I will definitely stay here again in the future. It locates right on highway 45.

This hotel is great. I would live here if I could. The people who run it do a great job. The folks at the front desk are cool. And it’s been a home away from home while my house is getting set up for me to move in. I have had to stay here for a while waiting because of circumstances outside my control. And they’ve been very accommodating. It’s been a great experience.

Where to start ok first room they gave us and no AC or Tv in the room with a big hole in the wall. The second room microwave don’t work sounded like it was about to blow up also Tv didn’t work had to mess with the wires as get batteries for the remote. Ceiling had many places where  is was falling off.

My friend stayed here she booked the room for a whole month spent 1200$ to stay there with her two kids because she was moving to Texas from New York and didn’t know how long she would be needing the hotel so of course she booked it for a month then she finds a apartment in 2 days only stayed there for 2 nights and now they not trying to give her any money back at all they telling her to talk to the owner and she emailed him so many times can’t get ahold of him and there not calling him for her there basically playing her out her money! And she has followers on facebook she’s a influencer they done messed up they about to loose money big time they need to just refund her money and keep it pushing because we don’t play that about our friends give her money back now!!
