Old Town Spring RV Park

Stayed here for three weeks while in a class. It is super quiet and perfect for craming in study time. Setting up the date was easy talking to Nancy. The weekly cost i think is very fair. They might get more business by maybe offering a discount for those going to the course. Finding the park was easy. Getting in the spot was a little tricky as there is only one way in and out. But I managed to get a 40ft camper backed while turning it around. There was never any issues with electricity or water. One thing that I would have used was a 110 plug at the meter. I also noticed there were no circuit breakers installed on any junction. That kinda worried me with all the rain we had. But everything held nicely in the 2 full days of rain. This place is HEAVEN compared to the fakes around. Nancy the manager goes above and beyond to make her tenants happy and comfortable. The shade is a huge bonus for the Texas heat. There is a park nearby for the kids. Tons of churches for all your religious beliefs. Easy access to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Can easily get to the freeway and tollway. Pet friendly!! Genuinely just a friendly and wonderful community to live in. Thank you OLD TOWN SPRING RV PARK on Nelson st. Not to be confused with the ots rv park on hardy.

Living at Old Town Spring RV Park has been a good experience. The park has a peaceful country setting with nice, friendly people—mostly seniors—and there’s a real sense of community where everyone gets along. It’s conveniently located close to the quaint shops and walking paths of Old Town Spring, while also being just minutes from I-45, making it easy to get around. The manager, Nancy, is especially great—she’s friendly, easy to work with, and truly helps make the park feel welcoming. Overall, it’s a calm, comfortable, and well-run place to live.

Great place to stay, either for a few weeks or several months. It is pet-friendly, well-kept, and peaceful. Also, the management is great, Nancy is very kind and helpful.

Clean , we'll maintained . Been here almost 10 mths. Very peacefully, close to old town , very reasonable rates. And Zues agrees , very pet friendly
