Holiday Inn & Suites Spring - the Woodlands Area by IHG

Positive: The staff was attentive and accommodating. The location was fairly close to everything I needed to include airport, shopping and restaurants. Negative: The cleaning staff never checked on me or cleaned my room. Not sure if that is policy for a two night visit. But they did give me clean towels upon request. Many of the fixtures are getting old and worn out especially the plumbing.

Beware breakfast is EXTRA charge! Besides that surprise, everything is 5 stars. The front desk greeted me with a smile and was helpful. The room was clean, everything working and smelled clean. AC was working full blast. Good water pressure. Cecilia is the definition of hospitality! The way she interacted with customers in the morning was amazing.

The front desk personnel are phenomenal, especially Nicole. The restaurant and bar staff are just as great. For me, its the people that can make or break a hotel stay and they do a wonderful job making my stay enjoyable.

Very nice room. The AC worked fine. Everything seem to be up to date. The concierge, Sheila, greeted me and recognized my Diamond Elite status. Makes ya feel good. :) The shower head could have used .ore water pressure, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. I can't remember if I was in room 435 or 425.

if i could leave one i would, the lady at the front desk threatened to call the cops on me all because “i was circling the parking lot” i drive for uber and i was looking for my customer, they kept saying they were outside which is why i kept circling. I’m not going to get in trouble for a missing package, so i went in side to leave it and take a picture and she called me names and threatened to call the cops, i even showed her proof of delivery and she still wanted to call me insulting names. 12/26/2025 1:30-2:00am. customer service is definitely -2000000, i can only image how she treats guests or other courier service drivers. it’s 2am, i am a lady, who doesn’t want to be walking around a hotel in the middle of the night so YES im going to drive around looking for MY CUSTOMER. please ret
