Hotel Indigo Spring – Woodlands Area by IHG

Our staycation at Hotel Indigo The Woodlands was such a special experience for me and my daughter—relaxing, convenient, and genuinely memorable. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed. We loved starting our mornings with the breakfast selections, which had great variety and felt fresh and elevated—perfect for easing into the day without rushing. Dinner at CRU was another highlight; the food was delicious, well-prepared, and made our evening feel like a true getaway without leaving The Woodlands. One of the biggest conveniences for me was the EV charging on-site. It’s 1am and the noise from numerous parties has woken me up 3 times so far. Complained to front desk and they said there’s a wedding. No consideration for those of us who have meetings tomorrow. No offer to move us. I’m complaining to mgmt tomorrow and checking out. Not paying for a sleepless night. One of the worst experiences at a hotel in a long time. No help from the hotel. It’s so loud here. Don’t stay here if there’s a wedding.

This was a truly outstanding experience!! I have travelled for work for about 34 years and have grown very tired of the same old hotels. Your hotel was a great surprise from the minute I pulled up. It was very well kept, private and quiet. The decor in the hotel were great. All of the front desk clerks I dealt with were truly professional. The pool and porch area were beautiful and a great place to relax both in the morning and at night after work. The bartender (white gentlemen with longer hair) ran all over the place serving the bar and the dining area and did an OUTSTANDING job!! He was the icing on the cake that made the visit a truly great one!! The rooms were very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the chair by the bed was actually comfortable for me to get my work done with the

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful and the hotel provided toiletries was an awesome luxurious touch. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling great.

I really liked this hotel. Great service and great rooms. The price is in line with what you get. The beds are comfortable with good sheets. The towels are nice and the bath products they provide are good as well. The rooms are in great condition as well. I will stay here again.
