Comfort Suites Old Town Spring

Room is below average, single light bulb in ceiling of bathroom so dark barely able to make out what I’m doing. The black out curtains have holes in them, can hear the people above walk, talk and breathe. Everything is so out dated. Little to no internet so if you plan on downloaded anything good luck. This hotel is crap and the owners do not care. I would not recommend and I will never stay here again.

We came in for a last-minute reservation from Louisiana. The hotel we originally booked did not have any water, so we started searching for a new spot. From the minute I walked in, the staff was amazing. Very accommodating. Not only did she help my family get a room, but when I told her it was a wrestling team, she immediately started looking up vacancies for the other families. We were truly impressed and have already started to book our next trip in December at the same hotel. This is where we will be going every year from now on.

The staff, facilities and level of service are second to none. Every time I have stayed here I have been inpressed and stay enjoyable, relaxing. Even after a lightnning strike damaged their systems the team worked tirelessly to meet needs of the guests.

I have family in Spring that we visit every year for Thanksgiving and we had chosen this property as our "go to" for our yearly visit. However, Lilly, the receptionist at the front desk of this property is was absolutely awful to me and my children and we will not be returning. She was crass, extremely unprofessional and antagonizing to us when I inquired why we were unable to access our room to gather the rest of our belongings. According to Lilly, the key card had been deactivated because it was checkout time and I informed her that it was not 11:00am yet and that I needed to access the room to get our other things. She got upset and became passive aggressive and antagonizing. She cursed and said vile things. She then pretended to reactivate the room key, thus I had to come back down aga

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suite. The area was quiet. This location has easy access to the expressway. The room was clean and comfortable. The noise level was acceptable and typical with occasional door closings and footsteps from above. No noisy or rowdy patrons on this visit. The staff was friendly and courteous. They had a good selection for breakfast. Our only complaint is the water temperature in our room. It was barely body temperature. We would have preferred to bathe in hotter water. I heated the water in the microwave to wash my face. I don't know if it was just our room or the whole place.
