Super 8 by Wyndham St. Cloud

Close to food restaurants and a mall. Walmart and gas stations are not far either. You can hop onto the highway and a major road through town from this location. The staff have always been accommodating with requests. I made a reservation but used the wrong card. I was away from my phone when checkout time came and they didn't put up too much of a fuss towards me. I was able to correct my mistake without losing my room when I came back later that evening. I was embarrassed by my mistake but the staff was still pleasant towards me and my dog, which was a huge plus for me. Some places don't allow your pet to stay with you and could even be rude about your pet. Never happened here. Plenty of channels and wifi available. I really enjoyed my stay here. The outside of the hotel is littered with garbage and cigarette butts the front door was very dirty and gave me pause but we were tired and needed a place that didn’t charge 50$ for our small dog. The room is okay but the sheets are old as were the pillows. The hotel hallways smell terrible . There is a Perkins across the parking lot so we didn’t have to drive to find dinner. All in all this was the worst Super 8 I’ve stayed at.

Positive: One staff member had a level of professionalism that was very much appreciated. Just one! (Meen) Negative: I don't think I've had a worse experience at a hotel in my life. - My key rarely worked.- Housekeeping Staff was unprofessional.- I do plan to report this hotel to the Attorney General. This hotel has been deemed inoperable by the state.

I don’t need anything fancy this was a place to lay my head, but I paid in cash so they took $100 deposit. We’re just fine but upon checkout never have I been made to clean up my own room. It wasn’t even that messy and then they tried to accuse me of stealing their blankets and withholding my money so they are thieves They are thieves they have terrible service. They just want to steal your money like do not ever stay here. Do not ever stay here. If you do stay here, make sure you take a before and after photo as proof because they will try to hustle your money

⭐☆☆☆☆ The only positive thing about this hotel is the location — it’s convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The facility itself was absolutely unacceptable. There was visible black mold on the ceilings, pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival, and a giant hole in the mattress that made it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. Cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation for any hotel, and this place failed miserably. Continental breakfast offered was next to nothing. They had 2 kinds of cereal, bread and waffles that never set in the machine. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I strongly suggest management address the serious hygiene and maintenance issues before welcoming more guests. I
