Positive: "" Negative: We were traveling and it was very late when we checked in, maybe 11/11:30 pm. When we got to our room it smelled of cat pee. We asked to be switched to another room and were told there wasn't any open room. Yet, I could go book one online. No apology,

Entire place smells like nicotine and Marijuana. Guests arguing all night. Smoking in room next to my non-smoking room. Bathroom not clean. People hanging out in hallways at all hours of the night. Paint coming off of handrails in stairwells. No elevator.

Let me walk you through this experience. We show up in the evening. I go to check in, there is no one at the desk. I ring the bell, no one comes, I wait, then ring it again, still no one. I do this a few more times, then finally after about 10 minutes I call the hotel. To my surprise, they pick up and I tell them I'm here to check in. A relative had booked the room for me as I was traveling to see them. They would not let me use charge the card that reserved the room because it wasn't physically present. I finally get that sorted and head to my room. There is a little boy (about 8 I'd guess). Running up and down the hallways, screaming, mind you, its after 10PM at this point. His parents are in the hallway, mom is on the phone with the police because of a domestic dispute. Dad is out there

The staff is excellent. Paul and Paul are very attentive to the building. The cleaning by Maria and Francisco is excellent. And Lea the concierge it's so friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anybody PS love the waffles

This hotel is the best place I ever stayed. Very clean and way better than Weston motel.
