Extended Stay America Select Suites- Rockford - State Street

I really enjoy staying here it’s very clean and quite, and very chill,I really like the way the management takes care of the property! It’s worth the money you pay and that’s A+ for me! Bedding and towels are clean and the rooms are cleaned very good (Thanks Amanda)!🌞 Judy is so nice her personality makes you feel comfortable being here! Beneta I met her first when I came in to ask a few questions before I actually moved in she was very helpful! Jessica, and Dietrich are very nice and accommodating very nice at the front desk!! And Steve the maintenance man is cool.They have a good staff and they are operating this place very well! 5 stars across the board! ✨

I was in need of a place to stay due to unfortunate circumstances. The staff here at the Extended Stay Rockford State St, Beneta, Jessica and Dietrich made mine and my daughters stay extremely comfortable, were very understanding to the circumstances they were very accommodating and supportive to me in this time of need. rooms and common areas we’re immensely clean. I do not know the gentleman’s name with the white beard but he was so friendly and so helpful, helping to bring things in to the room for me, since i just had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago. Please give him a shout out and recognition for his kindness. I thank everyone here that has been gracious, kind and supportive during this time. It is so much appreciated. Great job staff!

Positive: "" Negative: The staff that checked us in wasn?t professional at all.. came out with a hair bonnet on & pjs We had a stalker in the hotel which made us feel very uncomfortable! we checked out 1hr after check IN. The hotel manager offered a free stay voucher? shove it!

Now that I’ve been here six months They’re increasing my monthly rent by a ridiculous proportion. I’ll probably have to move if they don’t make any considerations.

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your hotel. On Nov 22, 2025, my boyfriend received a call from the District Manager, who threatened to send authorities to our room if we didn't leave immediately. I was asleep at the time and didn't get to speak with her. When I went to the front desk, after work and looking for him. I was informed that my boyfriend had been arrested. The police were allowed into our room, and I'm told that it's because the hotel claimed he was trespassing. I had signed a contract stating I would be staying for a year, but we had just checked in and hadn't even completed 24 hours. I'm a student, and my boyfriend owns his own company.
