Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Rockford

When we searched hotels in the area we were looking for amenities such as a hot tub or whirlpool ... no mention of this being closed until we got down to pool area and saw it was empty and closed for maintenance. We asked for a discount after checking out and the Manager was unapologetic, disrespectful and didn't offer any kind of discount. Unfortunate... because we loved the hotel otherwise and will be returning to the area soon. Anyone have a recommendation with a working hot tub or whirlpool? Happy travels!

Nice room. Like the sleep number bed. Didn’t use the TV in the bathroom but it was pretty cool that it had one. Room was clean. Handheld in the shower. And water pressure was good. Could have been better but definitely have had much worse.

Very nice hotel for a decent price. Highlights: bed was very comfy with wonderful cotton sheets and an exceptional comforter. Plenty of pillows! Many USB ports by each bed side. Excellent shower with handheld and rainfall shower head. Towels were very thick and fluffy. Housekeeping really does a GREAT job each and every day. The room has a coffee maker, but we bring our own. Needs work: carpet needs replacement. Sofa could be replaced. On our first morning, we woke up to a roofing crew working right outside our window. It was loud and prevented us from sleeping. I reported it and the next day it was rectified. I am being a little picky here on the needs work items, but I wanna be honest overall this was a very nice day and I will stay here again. I booked a room for my Father when he came into town for three days. Being a Diamond level Choice member that frequently stays at Choice hotels I had points saved up. I also booked one room for myself to have birthday cake with my father and his wife while staying at the hotel and using the pool. I used about 62,000 points just to rent my room as it was a loft style suite. I recieved email confirmation and reminders of my stay confirming my reservation. When I arrived to check in I was informed that the room I booked wasn’t available. At first I was told it wasn’t ready. Then I was told that the room just wasn’t available. After speaking with the hotel manager over the phone we agreed that he would give me back the points I used renting the room that wasn’t available. He also said he would
