Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha NE

Where do I even start? I have stayed here a few nights. Right when you walk in the main door of the building the door doesn't even close all the way. Sketchy looking people in the lobby and standing in front of building. Standing there watching me intensely. The hallways smell terrible. Stains all over carpet. Once I got in my room I saw red spots on the carpet that looked like dried blood. Also found on the comforter. There was cigarette burn holes in the comforter as well. Some of the lights won't turn on. Pieces of hair in corners. Toilet roll almost all gone. Bathroom vent didn't work. Oh the recliner chair was caked with nasty heavy filth. The arms were broke. Shower curtain slides down when in shower and water ends up getting all over the floor. Disgusting place to stay. Would NOT re

Positive: Nothing Negative: The staff was rude. The first room we went in the window didn?t even close. The room was filthy and looked in the state of disarray when we arrived. There?s no breakfast as advertised either. Zero amenities, no coffee maker no iron.

We booked the Super 8 on Spring St for a family gathering for 3 nights and checked out after the first night. I thought since it was affiliated by Wyndham it would be a little nicer (in spite of the mediocre to bad reviews). Everything was outdated and musty-smelling and didn’t seem clean. There were only 2 hangers on the clothes rack and the hairdryer was missing from the bathroom wall. We went down to “breakfast” at 7:30 where there was NO coffee and maybe 4 or 5 pieces of bread in a case for toast. No yogurt or fruit or anything vaguely appealing. I definitely do not recommend this motel.

I booked here for my first trip to Nebraska. The reason I gave it a shot was because it was close to the Zoo we came to visit. If I could I'd give this place -10 stars I would. The room was dirty and the place had a really bad smell to it and I was put into a room next to drug dealers and prostitutes....the walls are so thin that I can hear the dealers next door plotting to Rob another dealer for his drugs and they had guns. They also spoke about robbing me so I didn't feel safe for my family. I booked out first sign of daylight and the hotel refuses to refund me for the days I didn't stay. Please be careful. I ended up at the Marriot up the road it was soooooo much better.

Checked in and opened the door to our room to find someone was already there: AC and TV on, bags and clothes out. I just walked right in on those poor people! Got a new room. Smelled horrible and the light switch by the door didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Hard water stains in bathtub. It was late, and I was so tired, and sheets seemed clean, so I stayed. Openness the night stand drawer to find food crumbs, an empty plastic bag, and something (I'm hoping it was ketchup) smeared inside. Room had an ice bucket, but not a single cup anywhere. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30. I couldn't get out of the room! The deadbolt was loose and wouldn't completely open! I finally got out and went to get breakfast at 8 am. There was cold cereal, but no milk, coffee, but no creamer, and toast.
