Super 8 by Wyndham Hagerstown I-70

My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There wasn't any loud noises or unwanted visitors or anything like that. I was overall surprised and impressed. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible experience. Room smelled,air unit for heat made noise,had to go to front desk 3 times because tv did not work and no remote. Tv went off around 11 pm again,no help. Vending machine empty,ice machine did not work,outdoor trash cans in hallway. Do not stay here. I would have asked for $ back but other hotels in area full. Could not wait to leave early the next morning. I stayed in Super 8 Weston,West Virginia, very nice for a lesser price.

Positive: Nothing. Front desk did not care. Negative: Roaches ,very filthy rugs, the so call continental breakfast was not a breakfast or even close. The cereal bins had maybe i bowl worth in each . No juices or other drinks except milk and coffee. The only other thing to eat was a slice of bread.

At first we were thrown off by the hotel lack of ambience when we entered the hotel, and surprised that the AC was turned off throughout the hotel. However, once we got into our room and pumped the cold AC, we became very comfortable and the night changed drastically. Most positive aspects: The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and good TV reception. Safe stay for excellent price. Great central location. Friendly front desk young men checked us in. They do not take Google or Apple pay.

Great experience at an affordable price! I had a great stay. The beds were clean and the room was cozy.
