Super 8 by Wyndham Goldsboro

Robbed of money. Asked for non smoking, every room, Including supposedly non-smoking smelled of smoking, per staff's words. I was fairly nice about it, telling them I understood how they didn't control people smoking and that it's fine I just wanted a refund. Told them I cannot stay there due to allergies and wife gets headaches and wanted a refund (I did not stay there) They didn't have management available to issue a refund but Ashley promised to get us our money back. Booking.com and I both reached out, and couldnt get a response. Eventually, booking.com said super 8 claimed they never said they'd issue a refund. This was a multi day stay totaling hundreds of dollars, so it's a fairly serious transgression. My father in law also booked with them for a similar amount of time. I feel e

Great place to stay at on vacation! The room was very clean! Great beds. All inclusive and the customer service is top notch! I recommend staying here when traveling!

Trash removed everyday and used towels replaced. Most everything works ok, one bulb out in sink area, gaps around switchplate. People up front are here. It isn't real quiet here, people talk at different hours but I am impressed with the service I have here

Positive: Location Negative: The stay was horrible manager was rude. He never gave me my deposit back. The room had no AC. The microwave had no turntable. There was no smoke alarm. There was only scalding hot water no cold. The refrigerator didn’t work bedsheets had blood on it

My experience was not the worst but it also was not the best. The room was not what I had expected from the pictures online, some of the lights in the room were decoys and didn’t even have wires to them to plug them in because they had been cut. The water never got warm so we all had to take a cold shower. The only good part of the room was the beds were at least clean and nothing was stained or look at of the way. The room also has a door that was connected to the room next door and the only thing blocking it off was painters tape so that was definitely concerning but the door was locked so no one could access it either way. It was really noisy at night, yelling, screening, thing being slammed around. I would not recommend coming here if you have younger children that need it quiet enough
