Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Goldsboro, NC

This is one of my go to spots when I'm in town. I love the location. Breakfast is always great with 24 hr coffee and tea available. Rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfy. I have had the suits and regular rooms. Doesn't matter which one you pick, you will not be disappointed.

I drove 13 hours from Florida to North Carolina for a funeral and was really hoping for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room stayed nice and cool . Honestly, if I ever choose to stay here again, it would literally be for the bed and the AC. The housekeeper was also very sweet and did a great job. However, the biggest issue was the strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom from day one. It was so bad that it woke me up just about every morning. I reported it to the front desk every single day, but nothing seemed to be done. No one offered to switch my room, and I never got a real update. Great place for family, groups, or (as I am) a worker on company business. Worker friendly as they start breakfast M-F early to get us going. You will get more than you actually pay for here with VERY clean rooms, a hot breakfast, friendly accommodating staff and management. Everything works here from plenty of hot water with clean towels and sheets to the TV. Free 24 hr Coffee, tee or hot chocolate as well as fresh chocolate chip cookies. Safe parking lot. This is night and day from the Best Western Plus here in Goldsboro ( it was overpriced for what you actually get with rooms run down with broken doors, black mold in almost every room, and little to no maid service. Constant worrying my company truck would get broken into by all the roaming vagrants near and in the parking lot. No early

The room was very clean, lots of larger towels and no carpet. Floor was clean, had a fridge and microwave and the beds were comfy. Nice shower. Cookies and hot cocoa as well as coffee and tea. Breakfast was only ok.

This is hotel has upset me! The only one positive things I can say about this hotel is that the front desk staff is AMAZING and the hardwood floors made the stay worth it. Every single person at the front desk is kind, considerate, and willing to help. Otherwise, this hotel is raggedy. The beds are hard as a rock and the room we stayed in was NOT clean. I thankfully always take my own linens, toiletries, and cleaning products. I had to clean the walls that had stuff on them, wipe down the floor of the shower that had stuff still on it, and there was HAIR on the ceiling. How it got up there I’m not sure but it was stuck to the ceiling. I would have complained but it was late at night and I didn’t want to be that person.
