We stayed at this hotel with our kids as happens in Wyoming, as all the activities that kids do in Wyoming often require travel. Upon arrival, the room smelled awful, but we figured it was a cheap hotel and cheap hotels often have funny smells. That said, we had to sleep with the window open all nights due to the smell. Now that we are home, the hotel charged our card $900 total in damages. When I called the hotel, the person who answered just kept saying it was for “the damages to the room” and I had to push to understand what we had damaged, because I had no idea what we could have done that merited any damage fee at all. I’m a little upset with this business. I had booked a room here for one night on December 28, 2025. However due to a severe winter storm the Minnesota DOT shutdown I-94, and so I got stuck in a small town in Minnesota and couldn’t make it to Gillette that night. I called the hotel to let them know what was happening and to request a refund due to things being out of my control. The person who answered the phone informed me they would have to talk to the owners before they could issue me a refund. I understand that and I’m OK with that. However, it has now been a month since this has happened and I forget I have not really been responded to any of my emails or my phone calls to the owner concerning my refund. And I have continually called the hotel to ask about it. I always get told that th

Disrepair, disorganized and disgusting. The staff checked me into a room with other guests already occupying it, then changed my room to an out of service room. Finally I was put in a tenable room and the toilet seat was broken, refrigerator was broken and stunk and the room was missing amenities like the alarm clock and blowdryer.

Positive: The coffee was hot. The attendant monitoring the breakfast did not replenish the food. Negative: The disability accessible room was extremely difficult to get the door open to the room. The light switch immediately upon entry and no light connected to the switch. Needed a flashlight. The door was difficult to open from the inside A SAFETY HAZARD

Made my Reservation online Checked in and got into my room and it was wasn’t very Clean the Bathroom was Really Disgusting stuff in the Bathtub and Stuff in the Toilet and there’s no Swimming Pool or Hot Tub like I was looking for I won’t be staying at this Hotel again.
