(1) I don't see why I had to do the whole check in process when I had done the pre-check-in via online? I had to give everything all over again. I am even unsure if I was billed twice? ||(2) There were people just loitering in the lobby. I am unsure who these people were but with their appearance, they made the time in the lobby a little tense.||(3) While checking in, I heard some screaming/shouting outside and since my other half was sitting in the car, I was having serious concerns for her safety and just wanted to get checked in asap, so I could get out there! Since the person checking me in, didn't even want to acknowledge there were people screaming outside! This is the only hotel I stay at when in the area. Housekeeping staff is always efficient, quick and so friendly.. Trish in the front office always makes sure my stay is good, and I have everything I need. I rate 4 stars because there is no hot breakfast. Good rooms, good prices, amazing housing keepers, and outstanding front desk staff.

Long term stay clients smoke **** & cigarettes in rooms without consequence. Staff is shady & enter room without consent to snoop around under the guise of cleaning. Longterm client in 209 is abusive. Very loud location. No door dampeners on room doors. No hair dryer. No place for hanging clothes. Owner is shady. No visitors allowed. The property is tired and the pictures advertised are not this property. If you bring concerns to the staffs attention they want you to leave. Property allows clients to be kept up all night for over a week and they could care less.

Easy to get to. Staff was impolite and didn't care about the bug issue. Don't stay unless you want to share the room with bugs and roaches. $55 + tax and $30. Would have been better off in the cold in my car

Not one single staff nor the owner is stopping this unwarranted behavior. It is harming me which constitutes as abuse. Supposed to be non smoking rooms and the guest in 301 smokes weed which infiltrates my room and belongings. Yet no word from the owner. This hotel is for the people who do drugs, party and disrespect other people's boundaries. I would not bring children here.
