Super 8 by Wyndham Flint Township Miller Rd

I have never been to a dirtier hotel in my life. I am not picky. Usually just looking for a place to crash while traveling. Upon check-in, there was dirt and debris covering the hallway. Refused the first room due to a hair covered sink. Moved to a second room. There were stains on the bed, something smeared all over the end table, dead bugs on the window sill, alive bugs in the frig, hair on the pillows. dirt and debris on the floor, and hair and grime all over the bathroom! I never refuse to stay anywhere but I refuse to stay here. Just nasty! Pictures do not do it justice. They do not approve refunds.

The hallways are filthy, the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom had an empty toilet paper roll with no additional toilet paper. There were crumbs on the floor and all the dressers had crumbs and dust. There was no remote for the tv. There was 1 bath towel and when we asked for more we got them but there were stains. I will say the bed was comfy but I'm doubtful the sheets were clean. The staff person checking us in was a professional who deserves to be working at a much finer establishment.

One of the most laid back hotels I’ve been to since visiting Michigan keep up the hard work staff is very helpful haven’t had any issues while staying here

The bedsheets were disgusting.. the front desk staff was very friendly and kind. What ruined our experience is we payed for an extra hour to clean, and as soon as my significant other left the room there was a man standing in my doorway just watching me after I told him i payed for an extra hour. And wouldn't leave as I was alone cleaning the room.We stayed to clean and found old clothes of other residents from before. The man seemed nice but was very off-putting being my boyfriend had just left the room and wasn't sure how to handle the situation. I paid for another hour of privacy to clean and him hovering until my bf showed up was just strange. Again nice staff and and worked with us at late hours. Just should've been left alone as soon as I said I paid for extra time. Other than that w

This place is dirty, hallways don't look like they ever get vacuumed. Rooms are out dated. I had to go out to my car and get my bleach wipes and clean the bathroom. The toilet never was cleaned still had last person's business on it. I would have left but all the other hotels were booked up. Pillow cases were stained I took the bed apart has a bed bug bag on it. Good or bad not sure. Do not recommend until it gets a make over and new sheets and towels. On the up side staff was friendly and helpful.
