Hyatt Place Flint / Grand Blanc

My family was a victim of the recent fires at Atlas North in Swartz Creek. We lost everything. So we needed a place to stay for a week and a few days while we got our lives together. And Hyatt Place was where we stayed. And it was an incredible choice. The staff there are absolute angels, from guest services to the kitchen to the housekeeping. We received amazing service. Additionally multiple staff members went out of their way to purchase gifts for our children and to make sure we were cared for. I cannot recommend a hotel more. Fantastic. Amazing folks work here.

Quick overnight stop over on our trip from New York to Upper Michigan. We have pretty much always been pleased with our stays at Hyatt Places, and this one did not disappoint on our second stay at this location. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. Was bummed we couldn't use points that night, but glad we chose it anyway. Great Mexican restaurant short walk away.

From the moment we stepped in the door, we were warmly welcomed by multiple staff. Every staff member we encountered during the stay was friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. Tre went above and beyond ensuring I was able to get an important business document printed. She’s a ray of sunshine! The rooms were immaculate, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a nice walk in shower. Great vanity space with lighted mirror for getting ready. Beautiful communal spaces to work. The only thing I could “complain” about was the fact that there are no microwaves in the rooms, which was surprising given all of the other amenities they provided. Overall, our stay was fantastic!

Positive: Location close to airport Negative: Got in shower and there was no shampoo in dispenser. Had to go to front desk to get some.End table next to bed was full of dried spilt coffee.

The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and modern. I appreciated the extra large (deep) vanity top as it made plenty of room for my toiletry and makeup items. There were many plugs and ports around the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was good with hot food choices. I would stay here again without hesitation.
