Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional and friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Kayla and Kyle are very friendly and helped us a lot. My negative review comes with the cleanliness of the hotel in general. It is fairly dirty and the room smelled of something not sure what. The pool was dirty and had hair in it and the hot tub was never hot. Kayla and Kyle both did run some hot water to try to warm it up. But still a very dirty pool area in general. Also the breakfast was just okay. The one day they only had breakfast sandwiches which were good but was looking for more. My little one who is 5 also got sick at the hotel. She would be fine during the day and then got sick at night which was only after swimming in pool. I'm not sure if it was bacteria in the water or w

I have never been more disgusted by a hotel in my life. I paid an outrageous $277 for two nights at Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites, and the moment I walked in, I was horrified. The floor was never cleaned—sticky, filthy, and covered in dirt. The bed was even worse, with visible stains and dirt all over. This place is a disgrace, and I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor—avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was wonderful, I drink 3 to 4 cups a day. The hotel was clean. The people on our floor were loud, I think they suffered from sundowner syndrome. The breakfast that came with the room was delicious and fresh tasting.

Kayla provided us amazing customer service . She is a hard worker and very polite and she went well beyond in helping with us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was not open when we 1st arrived but opened later . There was also a hot tub and sauna . The breakfast was delicious with many options . They were waffles with number of toppings bagels. Muffins cereal eggs sausage and toast . They also had an amazing selection of coffee and teas . Thank you Kayla and other staff for a wonderful 1st time staying here

The hotel is very dirty. There was trash around the entire exterior of the hotel. Bags of trash piled up not even in the dumpster area. The rooms were dirty with stains on curtains beds and showers. The pool was dirty with hair and bugs. The water was cloudy and dirty. The hot tub was kuke warm. Tje front desk receptionist was very unkind and threatened our kids and she told them they had to stay in their rooms. Horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!
