Flint Motel by OYO MI Near I-475

Everyone was vey welcoming and courteous the room was clean and taken care of anything I needed was taken care of . I highly recommend flint motel as as a descent stay

There were bugs crawling all over the bathroom looked to be like centipedes and cockroachs no running water in the tub plus no electricity after 10p.m till after 6a.m no heat and the room was not very clean I'll never stay here again and I don't advise anyone to stay there either

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Zero stars. Desk clerk had a very thick accent, he was difficult to understand. This is fine with patience, which he didn't have. I called to ask about check in times, and he replied with check out times. When I said "I don't want the check out, I need check in," he began to yell. I asked if I could check in at 9 pm, to which he screamed "CHECK OUT AT 11" and hung up abruptly. The Flint OYO is now charging me 50 dollars for a no show because I had no idea if I could even go, and denied to customer service that I ever called. DO NOT STAY HERE.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. I called into ask what the check in time was and the guy who picked up kept yelling “check out at 11” in an extremely rude and unfriendly manner, which was not what was asked and was preposterous customer service. Then to top it off, he abruptly hung up on me. The website also did not have information about when check in closes. When the customer service at OYO was called, the hotel denied the call taking place and charged me for a no show fee! Worst service i’ve ever come across!!!!! Absolutely DO NOT recommend
