I stayed here after having a not so great experience at another motel. This was worse I saw four roaches, a red and black bug on the shower curtain, the electricity didn’t work in the bathroom so they put a lamp in the bathroom with no shade, the furniture was half broken with stains, and the bedding had numerous cigarette stains on it, the towels had leftover hair from the previous guest, the lining in the tub was worn out, the telephone was broken. If I wasn’t so tired I would have asked for a new room but I was too exhausted from a long day of work. The attendants were nice but everything looks like it’s from the eighties, smells like a mess, and is not in good shape. I am pretty sure you can find better accommodations somewhere else. This was our last resort because we needed somewhere to stay. Walking to our room there was a couple arguing very loudly at 4am,get to the room half the lamps had no light bulbs,there was a roach in one of the drawers and the smoke detector needed to be changed. I don't know if they just didn't have house keeping or what.

Shout-out to the ladies at the front desk who make the stay worth it! The night shift Clinique especially helped us with whatever we needed and checked up on our concerns. Other than that, your experience really depends which room/floor you're on. We got moved around a lot but our last room was decent and neighbors were quiet. Great prices in the vending machine in lobby, ATM always up and running too. WiFi works decent on every floor, just keep in mind a lot of devices are connected. I heard that prices went up for rooms though and it actually made me laugh out loud. Definitely not a place for the picky

While it is an older hotel, the rooms are definitely a bit dated definitely a bit dated and the hallways could be just slightly clearer. But given this is a hotel in Flint and on Miller Rd. In my opinion this is by far your best option. It's safe, for the most part quiet. And the staff are very friendly, helpful and do their best to keep the riff raff out. The manager ms. B. Is so nice every time i see her. 5 stars just for the wonderful staff that work here .

Place is a joke mini fridge had old food in it and I take a shower to get out and find towel with yellow spots on it. Front desk had "great" customer service and gave me my $20 deposit but wouldn't refund room trash establishment
