Hampton Inn and Suites Flint/Grand Blanc

I booked a room thru hotels.com. There was a mix up with the rooms because the app oversold a room. Check in was not ideal however, Nick at the front desk was extremely helpful! He accommodated us and made sure we were happy. I was traveling with my husband and 3 kids! The pool area was clean and not overcrowded. The Housekeeping staff was amazing and provided whatever we needed. The kids said “the real queen is Rebecca at the breakfast buffet” she kept the area clean and stocked with enough food! Definitely stay here again, we will book thru hotel instead of app.

My spouse and I were visiting family in the Detroit area for part of a weekend in August 2025, and we decided to stay overnight in Grand Blanc on a Friday night on our way there. We generally really like Hampton Inns, so this hotel fit the bill.||The location right off U.S. 23 was convenient. We arrived around maybe 9 p.m. on Friday night. Our check-in process went smoothly, and our room (#405) was clean and comfortable. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was good... and we enjoyed the amenities like the indoor pool (with the hot tub) as well as breakfast. Plus, the hotel was reasonably quiet... so we didn't have any problems sleeping.||Our only complaint was that the shower in our bathroom was out of body wash.||But overall, we really liked the hotel and would gladly stay here agai

Had an amazing stay. We were there for two nights at the end of Dec 2025 and enjoyed every minute. The breakfast was great, and the pool, hot tub, and workout room were all really nice. Our room was clean, the bed was decent, and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again without hesitation.

Positive: The hotel was quiet and clean. Negative: The only problem we had was the hot tub was cold and no one was around to fix it that evening.

We came to the area for our daughters basketball tournament. Check in was fast, with friendly service despite their computer system being down. The rooms are nicely updated, comfortable beds, and a bit roomier than the average hotel room. The only negatives are the mini fridge in the room is really small and barely even cold, and upon entering our room our daughter immediately found an empty pop bottle lying on the floor near the bed (the rest of the room looked and appeared cleaned). The pool is big, colder than the average pool and a nice hot tub.
