Super 8 by Wyndham Dallas Love Field Airport

This was my second stay there At the super 8 the rooms are decent , the floors could use a really good deep cleaning. It seems as though they only sweep and not mop or, if they do the mop water doesn’t get changed often. Still no functioning dryer for laundry. However, I did notice a couple new units and when I asked Hotel staff, He mentioned they’re not in line yet. There is some construction and the place Looks great, it’s coming along quite well. The price is good for the value one receives

Will never stay here again. The trip started off decent with a quick check in late at night and a gated parking area but we did not receive the room we booked, we booked a king room and were given a room with 2 full sized beds (not queen). The beds are hard and small. The room is big, but the floors are FILTHY. Our feet were black in 3 seconds after getting out of the shower. I do not believe they mop the room floors. The towels were small and rough. The water pressure sucks and the ac is LOUD and overstimulating. They bathrooms are very old and outdated. Also my eyes itched the whole time, I’m pretty sure the curtains haven’t been dusted since they were installed. Don’t even try calling the front desk on the phone because they won’t answer. I called 5 different times and it rang for 10 mi

Hotel in a very rough area, not safe to walk outside at night, Hotel undergoing renovations still. Very poor direction with regards to facilities and was not informed upon checking that breakfast finished at 9am, therefore missed breakfast.

As a Diamond Member, I would've expected one of my three requests to be honored. Not a single one was. I was advised that an early check-in or late check-out were unavailable. Also, a room upgrade was not honored. The first room I was placed in, the television wasn't working, and at 1am had to change rooms. Not something I expected to have to do after arriving from a 12 hour shift with luggage in tow because my early check-in before I had to be at work was not honored! The second room had mildew in the shower. Although this property advertises renovations in progress since last year. Yet the only renovations I noticed was fresh caulking in the shower. The shower grout still had mildew and the ceiling had a fresh voat of paint that just covered up the mold. What struck me as being odd wa
